Banners

Upload HTML as template

Imports legacy banner HTML into editable sections. Re-uploading the same template name updates that template in place. For banner images, include a ZIP with the HTML and image/ folder.

Reusable Templates

Choose a reusable template to create a separate editable banner. Template edits do not affect existing banners.

General settings

Promotion name

Shown in the promotions list only — not in the app banner.

Banner headline (shown in app)

Large title on the Offer information tab. Also editable under Offer information.

Banner layout

Rewards layout keeps the qualifying-criteria table and modern hotel cards.

Tab: Participating hotels

Label for the hotels tab in the app banner.

Tab: Offer information

Label for the offer tab in the app banner.

Tab order

Left-to-right order of the two tabs in the app banner.

Default tab

Which tab opens first when the guest opens the banner.

BOOK NOW label

Text on the booking button for each hotel card.

Use today / tomorrow on Book Now (guest device local date)

Check-in and check-out below are preview only; Book Now sends today and tomorrow.

Check-in (e.g. Mon, 27 Apr 2026)

Date pre-filled for hotel bookings. Auto-set when dynamic dates enabled.

Check-out

Auto-set to tomorrow when dynamic dates enabled.

Adults

Default adult count passed to the booking system.

Children

Default child count passed to the booking system.

Advanced settings

Slug (URL)

URL-safe identifier. Auto-generated from the promotion name.

Banner ID (app query)

Unique ID the mobile app uses to request this banner.

Page title

HTML <title> tag — shown in the browser tab if opened outside the app.

Search placeholder

Placeholder text in the hotel search box (if enabled).

Show date banner on participating tab

Displays a highlighted date line above the hotel list.

Date banner text

Text shown in the date banner strip, e.g. "Book now until May 3, 2026".

Show Terms & Conditions section in preview and published banner

Load the standard legal text, then edit sections below. Date helpers on the Others section auto-fill booking/stay bullets.

Include standard ITC contact numbers (India, US, UK, email, etc.)

Or upload from Word Upload a .docx file — the portal maps headings into T&C sections automatically.
